As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing questions/concerns and fielding correspondence requests primarily received reputed company phone in a call center environment. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' reputed company experience, preferably 2 years of medical billing and reputed company patient contact in a call center environment with exposure to insurance billing and medical terminology.
- Technical proficiency.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
