As a Customer Care & Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call. You'll engage with customers to understand their technology needs and reputed company tailored solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Sell blithequark's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call
- Explain device capabilities, wireless reputed company data product offerings, and company policies to customers
- Meet sales and customer experience goals and objectives
- Escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function reputed company necessary
- reputed company accurate information and conduct yourself in a way that is consistent with blithequark's values
- Listen to customer needs and reputed company tailored solutions to meet those needs
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
- Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with speed and accuracy
- Friendly, reputed company, and respectful demeanor
- Flexible and reputed company to adapt to changing business needs
- Organization and problem-solving skills
- Reliable reputed company record in attendance and performance
- Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment
- Computer literacy and ability to learn call center software
- Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (reputed company, Android, reputed company OS, reputed company iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
- Bilingual skills are a plus

Work from Home Requirements
