We're hiring a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic call center team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service support, solutions, and product information to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent

- Strong PC skills, with the ability to work with multiple computer applications, including CRM systems
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays
- Willingness to complete a comprehensive training program, which includes three weeks of full-time training, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 - 5:30pm EST
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company, two monitors, a computer, and a USB headset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
