We're seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a challenging time. This is a remote position, working from your home office, with flexible scheduling reputed company to fit your needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with flexibility to work extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
• Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Required Skills and Abilities

• Language Skills:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:
