Purpose
As a Customer Service Representative - Tier 1 Support, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing top-tier service by handling inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring a reputed company customer experience. You'll address questions about orders, deliveries, product availability, and general customer concerns, striving to create quick reputed company and joyful experiences for every interaction.
Schedule
reputed company works Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, with rotating weekend support (Saturday 9-6 and reputed company 9-5). The role requires working on holidays and/or extended hours during peak holidays, including some overnights.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding orders, product information, delivery statuses, and other inquiries
- Quickly and reputed company resolve customer issues, including late or incorrect orders, delivery concerns, and product questions, ensuring a reputed company outcome for the customer
- Assist customers in placing, tracking, and modifying their orders, as reputed company as processing refunds or replacements as needed
- Stay up to date with blithequark's product offerings and promotions to reputed company accurate information to customers
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and reputed company demeanor in reputed company interactions, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure a reputed company history of service

Requirements
* Customer Service experience in a consumer-facing industry, such as retail, or hospitality or similar

- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
