Under the direction of our Operations Manager, the Customer Service Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the reputed company of our mystery shopping and specialty project initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Assign available project work to shoppers and communicate assignment methodologies and requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
