About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will be the face of our organization, and your excellent communication skills, reputed company, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering a reputed company customer experience. This is an in-center position with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, reputed company detailed information, and resolve issues in a reputed company and efficient manner

Schedule and Work Environment
Our schedule is as follows:
- Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm

- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
Please note that you may be required to work holidays, and overtime may be necessary.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company and read English reputed company and fluently
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
