As a Customer Service Representative Team reputed company, you will be responsible for leading reputed company of customer service representatives in providing exceptional service to our customers. Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED - Must be 18 years of age or older - 2+ years of customer service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting, or financial technology - Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications - Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from reputed company - Saturday (reputed company - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September) - Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
