As a Product Manager on our Customer Experience & Engagement team, you'll play a critical role in driving customer retention and loyalty, working closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company and execute data-driven retention initiatives that support our business goals. Key Responsibilities As a Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven retention initiatives to support our goals around device health, subscription retention, and user engagement.
