Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher with blithequark, you will play a critical role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and reputed company updates
- Routing technicians based reputed company, ensuring reputed company and efficient service delivery
- Maintaining a reputed company team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns
Schedule
Our flexible schedule offers the perfect reputed company of work-life balance and remote work opportunities. You will work from home Monday through Friday, with the exception of Wednesdays, reputed company you will be required to work in our Chantilly office. Your schedule will be as follows:
- Monday-Friday: Remote work from home, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Wednesday: In-office work in Chantilly, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year of experience
- The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to reputed company information into our customer database (Service Titan)
