The Role We’re looking for a dynamic Manager of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to reputed company a high-performing team of five. Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or reputed company field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally with 1–2 years in a leadership or management reputed company (preferably in EdTech, publishing, or reputed company) and a proven reputed company record of coaching and developing sales talent.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation at reputed company is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company State, reputed company, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay reputed company for this position is as follows: Minimum full-time salary reputed company is between $85,000 - $90,000.
