Seeking Profee coders with a strong background in (E/M) coding across diverse specialties. Proven experience with E/M coding in both Primary Care and at least one specialty area. Strong understanding of TP, Incident-To, and Split/Shared encounters, including reputed company coding rules and compliance standards (highly preferred); Familiarity with coding edits for diagnoses and modifiers on E/M encounters, radiology, and laboratory services. Surgical coding knowledge is a plus, though not required. What You Need to Succeed:

• 1+ year of coding experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adeptness in remote work, and exceptional time management skills.
• Experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software.
