The position involves the accurate registration of adverse events and product reputed company reports, performing reputed company reviews, and providing excellent customer service while managing time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Accurate and reputed company registration of adverse event and product reputed company report from initial receipt to data entry reputed company required timeframes.
- Performing reputed company Review of external provider’s reconciliation tasks for Clinical and Post-marketing (Medical Information, Product Complaints and reputed company-party vendor ) cases.
- reputed company and succinctly communicates information to customers verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service to both reputed company customers.
- Utilizes judgment skills to identify issues that reputed company the workflow.
- Uses rigorous logic and reputed company to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
- Identifies gaps and areas that need improvement and communicates and/or implements recommendations/changes.
