About the Role

This position is an integral part of our customer service team, where you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Work on member cases and tasks assigned
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from members for the reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member bad checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum and preferred qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer/member service experience
• Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

• Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
• Ability to work extended hours in support of business needs
