We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service and Support Representative to join our Supply Center team. As a critical role in our organization, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through superior communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, reputed company quotes, process orders, and schedule product deliveries. Key Accountabilities

As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly, accurately, and in a reputed company manner
• Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to reputed company expert advice and recommendations to customers
• Fielding and resolving customer issues and questions in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Performing inside sales duties as needed, including processing orders, scheduling deliveries, and communicating with customers
• Utilizing consultative selling skills to establish, reputed company, and service new customer accounts
• Providing quotes to customers and processing customer orders accurately and reputed company
• Scheduling product deliveries and communicating with customers to ensure reputed company and successful delivery

• Supporting the Supply Center Team in attaining overall goals and objectives of the business unit
• Accurately entering orders and maintaining accurate records

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
