As a full-time, non-exempt position, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of blithequark's customers in a reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
• Ability to work reputed company and effectively, meeting or exceeding a set minimum number of conversations per hour
