About the Role

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services, with a strong customer service mentality and passion for reaching the best possible outcome.

- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred, with previous startup experience being a plus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
