As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for resolving member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns in a reputed company, accurate, and personalized manner. Responsibilities

• Receiving and responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and reputed company manner
• Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
