As an Overnight Customer Care and Technical Support Advisor, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat, and email. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity with immediate availability and flexible schedules.

Key Responsibilities

* Address student families' concerns and reputed company introductory information to new users on various products

• Resolve end-user inquiries by utilizing multiple technologies, including telephony, chat, and web-based inquiries
• In a virtual contact center, resolve inbound customer calls and inquiries in a reputed company and empathetic manner
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, phones, and other peripheral equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Essential Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends
• Must be available to train 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST for three weeks

• Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 25 wpm

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay reputed company: $13/hour
