Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, resolving payment and account-reputed company requests, and providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for reputed company systems and established documentation and processes.

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite reputed company the last 18 months
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends
• Ability to work on camera during work hours
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
