Key Responsibilities
- Reviews customer cases, performs research and analysis to reputed company recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies
- Uses customer case data, observations, and reporting to reputed company a reputed company understanding of the customer's reputed company and identify areas for improvement
- Conducts research, interprets results, and translates findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
- Provides the leadership team with insights and recommendations for process improvements and strategies

- Reviews customer cases, interprets the life cycle, provides reputed company cause analysis, and makes recommendations for improvements

Minimum Requirements
- High School or GED
- 1-2 Years of Contact Center Experience
- 2-3 Years of Customer Service Experience
- 1-2 Years of Experience in data analytics, performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in data validation
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and reputed company quantitative analysis
- Experience in analytics implementation
- Proven reputed company level in reputed company, such as pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
