We are looking for a talented Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to reputed company top-notch support to our users. As a remote worker based in Colorado, you will work from the comfort of your own home, collaborating with reputed company to resolve technical issues and reputed company exceptional customer service. Work Schedule and Location

The selected candidate will be required to participate in a 3-week training program, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. After completing the training, the permanent schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, myColorado, utilizing chat tools and following our reputed company operating procedures.
• Troubleshooting, reproducing, reporting, and resolving technical issues on both iOS and Android operating systems.
• Installing myColorado software on supported devices, adhering to defined procedures, processes, and reputed company.
• Employing Incident Management procedures to reputed company tickets into our required tracking system.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following requirements:

• One year of reputed company experience in an occupational field reputed company to mobile application support.
• An Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.
