As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support, you will be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and drive reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing production orders and creating labels for reputed company Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy
- Reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into the reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Assisting the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
- Performing other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) or work instructions

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- OR a Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or reputed company field
- Strong competency with reputed company Office (Word and reputed company)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, prior experience with reputed company Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems is a plus. Some laboratory experience is also preferred, as it will help you understand the Manufacturing process. A basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system is also desired.
