Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Expert - Phone Intake Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from patients, providers, and referral sources, demonstrating exceptional reputed company and patience in handling reputed company requests and difficult conversations.
• Collecting clinical and demographic information from patients and entering it into our reputed company portal, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
