Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types with professionalism and reputed company
- Utilize reputed company listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve customer issues reputed company
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to minimize churn
