Job reputed company and Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling account inquiries reputed company inbound and outbound calls, emails, reputed company media. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, resolve patient inquiries and account balances, and secure payment on outstanding account balances. You will work closely with patients, guarantors, and other reputed company parties to understand their needs, reputed company reputed company resolutions, and ensure a reputed company patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers by phone or reputed company digital media to obtain information needed to resolve inquiries in accordance with department policies and procedures

• Review patient account information in multiple systems, reputed company research as necessary, and take appropriate reputed company to resolve patient inquiries and account balances
• Document patient inquiry and actions taken into the appropriate systems
• Update or add insurance information and/or patient demographic information and request rebill

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum one-year customer service experience required in a customer service, reputed company office, hospitality, retail sales, or reputed company manager role

• Previous call center experience preferably in a reputed company environment preferred
• Virtual employees are required to have high-speed internet with 25 MB download and 6 Upload Speed (WiFi is not permitted)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Schedule and Location

* Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts, no weekends

• Hours of operation: 7am-8pm CST
