As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile application, myColorado. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company Tier I support and customer assistance to our users reputed company live chat, following our reputed company operating procedures. You will be working remotely from reputed company in Colorado, and we require that you be a reputed company of the reputed company. Please note that we will not consider out-of-state candidates who are looking to relocate to Colorado for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, myColorado, reputed company live chat
• Troubleshooting, reproducing, reporting, and resolving problems in both iOS and Android operating systems
• Installing the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company
• Employing Incident Management procedures to reputed company tickets into our required tracking system
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company technical issues and improve our overall customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in mobile technology and making recommendations for improving our application and support processes

Training and Work Schedule

We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your reputed company in this role. The training schedule is as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, for three weeks
• After completing the training, your permanent schedule will be Tuesday to Saturday, 9AM to 6PM

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• One year of reputed company experience in an occupational field reputed company to mobile application support
• OR an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees

We also consider substitutions for the required education and experience, including:

• Additional, appropriate reputed company or unpaid experience that can substitute for the required education on a year-for-year reputed company
• Additional appropriate education that can substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year reputed company, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications
• Training or Certification reputed company to the work assigned to the position, which can be assigned credit towards substitution for experience and/or education, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Jira experience
• ITIL Certification
• Agile and scrum methodology experience
• Government work experience
