As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for gathering, preparing, and entering alphabetic and numeric data from various reputed company documents into our computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reputed company work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, and overtime as offered. The pay reputed company for this position is $16.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documents for data entry into our system database.
• Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages or information, and resolving discrepancies by using reputed company procedures or returning incomplete documents to reputed company leader for reputed company.
• Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from reputed company documents into the reputed company system database.
• Reviewing data entered against the original reputed company documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications.

• Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily.
• Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
