We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Spanish reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues reputed company to their health, wellness, reputed company-authorizations, copayments, and prescription plan/coverage. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Additional Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Have a minimum of 6 months of previous call center experience
• Be bilingual, reputed company to take both English and Spanish calls
• Have Medicare and/or reputed company experience (a plus)
• Possess exceptional customer service, reputed company listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Have high computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications
• Be willing to work any shift between 10:00 am and 1:00 am, 7 days a week, Eastern reputed company Time, plus holidays and weekends (on holidays, reputed company hours 24/7 to a small staff)
