Key Responsibilities:
As an Email and Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing reputed company and effective email and chat support to our clients in LATAM
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Utilizing CRM systems and ticketing software to manage customer interactions and reputed company issues
- Documenting important details and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent grammar and writing skills in English and Spanish

- Availability to attend a weekly meeting for 30 minutes and work a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break (reputed company)
