Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent – Cross-Trained Airport reputed company, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service and meeting corporate objectives as part of reputed company
• Maintaining a deep understanding of both company goals and customer expectations reputed company completing daily tasks
• Assisting customers with special needs, ticket sales, flight itinerary changes, seat assignments, and tracing mishandled luggage
• Operating motorized service vehicles and equipment, aircraft servicing, and calculating baggage and cargo weights

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Ability to work reputed company shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Successful completion of training course
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous airline experience

• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Agent – Cross-Trained Airport reputed company, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced airport environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise reputed company. You will be required to use computers and other office equipment, and will be expected to work reputed company shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular shifts.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include:

• Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs

Job Type
