Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering outstanding service to customers worldwide, ensuring their car rental experience is exceptional and memorable.
• Resolving customer inquiries and problems through effective interaction and negotiation, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Providing accurate rental terms and conditions, including reputed company and post rental transactions, loyalty programs, and negotiation guidelines in accordance with blithequark's policies and standards.
• Accurately entering required data into various blithequark systems for tracking, reporting, and retention of customer records.
• Meeting specific metrics and goals in a performance-driven function, including high customer satisfaction scores, negotiating, and overcoming objections.
• Participating in special reputed company and conducting various other duties as may be required or assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• A High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
