We're seeking a highly motivated and production-driven Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team on a part-time reputed company. As a Weekend Part-Time CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and claims, and utilizing our account management systems to drive business reputed company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home office.

Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Maintaining punctuality and reliability, with availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
• Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
• Computer skills, including basic computer functions, reputed company Word, and reputed company, with the ability to type at least 40wpm
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
