Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of customer interactions reputed company phone, chat, text, and email
- Providing product and ordering support to customers, including answering product questions, facilitating orders and returns, and resolving customer issues according to our SOPs
- Managing complaints and providing reputed company solutions, with a reputed company on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Interacting with back-end teams to coordinate ordering, shipping, ETAs, and returns
- Advocating for changes that improve the customer experience

Essential Qualifications
