Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, reputed company, Contact Center, you will be responsible for leading our Customer reputed company Team, ensuring effective reputed company of customer issues and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience

in contact center operations and/or customer operations management.

Proven experience in leading and managing teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
