Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, as reputed company as at least one year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns. You should be proficient in computer and reputed company PC applications, with the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications. A typing speed of 35-40 words per minute with an accuracy of 90% is also required.

Compensation and Benefits
