Responsibilities

As a User Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, expert support to blithequark creators and their subscribers reputed company email and live chat, ensuring reputed company and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns.
• Live chat coverage: You'll be responsible for providing live chat support for up to 50% of your time (or 4 hours per shift), engaging with users in reputed company-time to address their questions and issues.
• Email support: The remaining time will be spent providing support reputed company email, responding to user queries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for helping people and finding solutions to their problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both in speech and writing, to effectively engage with users and reputed company reputed company, concise support.
• Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced startup environment, where priorities and requirements may change rapidly.
• 2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels.
