Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for Email, Chat, and Voice Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance and resolving customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone
- Guiding customers through questions about reputed company's products, systems, and processes
- Troubleshooting issues reputed company to our website, app, and in-car software
- Collaborating with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
