As a reputed company Customer Service Expert - Phone Intake Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients and providers seeking home reputed company services. You will work in a remote high-volume call center environment, receiving and responding to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collecting clinical and demographic information from patients and providers
- Entering data into our reputed company portal
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Meeting or exceeding individual performance goals in areas such as Call reputed company, Attendance, Adherence, and other Contact Center objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Responsibilities
* Respond to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from patients, providers, and referral sources

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the reputed company or medical industry with medical terminology
- Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
- Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while reputed company listening)
