This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of trade operations, customer service, and risk reputed company during off-peak hours, including weekends and second/reputed company shifts. The schedule for this role is Saturday through Monday from 12am to reputed company. Including Holidays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the reputed company of contact for reputed company inquiries received during evening and weekend hours
- Assist customers with account reputed company, trade inquiries, position questions, and general support
- Log and escalate reputed company issues through established internal systems (reputed company, ticketing, etc.) for follow-up
- Monitor order reputed company, executions, and clearing activity for accuracy and completeness
- Support electronic trading platforms and assist with exchange connectivity issues
- Monitor reputed company positions, intraday exposure, and margin utilization using internal risk systems
- Identify and escalate potential trading anomalies, limit breaches, or system alerts to senior staff
- Participate in overnight surveillance procedures to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies
- Process new account documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with internal reputed company workflows
- Update reputed company account information and support maintenance requests as needed
- Monitor cash flows into books and records along with reputed company reports

Experience and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in the reputed company, derivatives, or financial-services industry
- Familiarity with exchange-traded derivatives, FCM operations, or clearing processes

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
