Primary Purpose of the Role PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Analyze mid- to high-level workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits, ensure ongoing adjudication in line with company standards and industry best practices, and identify opportunities for subrogation and settlement negotiation. Essential Responsibilities Manages workers’ compensation claims, determining compensability, benefits due, and ensuring accurate reserves and documentation. Develops and executes reputed company plans for claim reputed company, including return-to-work coordination and payment approvals. Oversees subrogation efforts and negotiates settlements. Communicates claim status and reputed company with claimants and clients. Ensures reputed company documentation and coding of claim files. May handle reputed company reputed company or defined-period medical claims, including state filings and treatment reputed company. Maintains reputed company relationships with clients.

Qualifications

Education & Licensing: 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. reputed company certification as applicable to line of business preferred. Licensing / Jurisdiction Knowledge: California workers compensation claim handling experience required | SIP Preferred Taking Care of You Flexible work schedule. Referral incentive program.
