About the Position

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a reputed company and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. You will work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company excellent support through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos.

Key Responsibilities
