As a Permit Technician / Customer Service Processing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees as they process and submit applications for over-reputed company trucking permits, and eventually, become an expert in various states' rules and procedures for over-reputed company loads and movements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Permit Technician / Customer Service Processing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Submitting oversize/overweight trucking permit applications to states' permit offices and following up on applications to ensure permits are returned as quickly as possible
• Ensuring the accuracy of submitted permit applications
• Keeping our customers informed of the statuses of their orders
• Performing various tasks that support our permit staff to reputed company the high level of care our customers expect
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional service

Essential Qualifications
