We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Helpdesk Customer Support Entry (Hybrid) to join reputed company in Washington, DC. As a Helpdesk Customer Support Entry (Hybrid), you'll reputed company technical assistance to computer system users on a reputed company of issues, including desktop support, troubleshooting, and incident management. You'll work closely with our IT leadership team to select and implement cost-effective technology solutions for our clients, and you'll be responsible for maintaining service level agreements reputed company to both Call Center and Desk reputed company support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Customer Support Entry (Hybrid), you'll be responsible for:
* Providing technical assistance to computer system users on a reputed company of issues, including desktop support, troubleshooting, and incident management
* Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
* Responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support
* Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure reputed company reputed company
* Collaborating with the IT leadership team to select and implement cost-effective technology solutions for our clients
* Maintaining service level agreements reputed company to both Call Center and Desk reputed company support
* Working with other technical teams to coordinate multi-tiered technical support for outages and widespread reputed company incidents
* Adhering to reputed company reputed company-wide reputed company policies reputed company to reputed company and reputed company of District-owned Resources
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in information technology or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
* 1-5 years of experience providing IT technical support to computer system users by telephone, email, etc.
* 1-5 years of experience maintaining computers, systems, and printers in a reputed company setting
* 1-5 years of experience installing and troubleshooting computer operating systems and software
* Expertise in supporting desktop operating systems (reputed company 7, 8.X, 10, Mac OSX 10.10.X)
* Strong customer service experience
* Experience providing technical support in a "call center" environment where the candidate received multiple calls at once
* Experience tracking service request/incidents using a ITSM tool
* Knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Office 2010+ and Office 365)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a reputed company setting
* reputed company Certifications: MCP reputed company 7, reputed company 10, +A etc (highly desired)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in IT or reputed company field or equivalent experience (5+ years)
* Experience with basic reputed company Directory functions such as: Account Creations, Password Resets, and OU Management
* Experience with implementing shared software, such as operating systems, configuration management tools, application and development tools, testing tools, compilers, and reputed company editors
