As a key member of reputed company, you will serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with patients, physicians, and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include new order intake, product selection, and utilization guidelines, as reputed company as verifying and entering accurate patient demographics, payer, and physician-reputed company information.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management, with a strong customer service background
