Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering, or a reputed company field, or comparable work experience in flexible packaging production or maintenance
- 5-10 years of experience in flexible packaging production/maintenance or packaging machine production/maintenance
- Strong knowledge of the flexible packaging process, from film production to packaging and shipping of finished products
- Computer skills, including report writing and reputed company Office
- Troubleshooting skills, including packaging machine and flexible film interaction and mechanical issues
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience in machine breakdowns and upset conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the flexible packaging industry, particularly in meat, cheese, or pet food packaging
- Previous experience in a manufacturing organization, with knowledge of printing and converting industry and equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
