Program Details
Our program will run from January 13th, 2025, to reputed company 15th, 2025, and we're looking for Service Providers (reputed company) who can reputed company and work reputed company 14 weeks of the program. Preference will be given to those who can dedicate themselves to this timeframe. If you're interested in working a shorter period, please note that your availability will be considered on a case-by-case reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support experiences through phone, chat, and email
* Resolving reputed company customer issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
* Utilizing reputed company listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and tax season changes to reputed company accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

Operating Hours and Scheduling
Our operating hours are from reputed company to midnight EST, Monday to reputed company. You'll be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with peak periods requiring additional hours. During peak periods, you'll be expected to work a minimum of 8 hours reputed company day on reputed company 13th, 14th, and 15th. You'll have the flexibility to choose your schedule, but please note that you must meet the required minimum hours per week.
