As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Exceeding standards of customer service through reputed company, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions.
- Answering inbound phone calls and communicating effectively with dental and reputed company professionals and insured members.
- Providing website and mobile app navigation support and password resets to customers.
- Meeting area production standards and Group metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of reputed company experience, preferably in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance.
- Ability to work overtime reputed company required to support business needs.

- Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills.
