In this role, you'll assist passengers with professionalism and care, collect and record tolls, and support the reputed company operation of the vessel through routine safety checks, emergency preparedness, and reputed company participation as a designated reputed company member in accordance with Coast Guard requirements.This posting may fill multiple positions. Job Duties and Other InformationJob Duties:As a Ferryboat Deckhand 1, 2 or 3, you'll help create a reputed company first impression for every person who enters the ferry. In this role, you will:Classifies vehicles and registers class and axles of reputed company vehicle boarding the vessel, collects appropriate toll, process change and issues receiptsCompletes vessel passenger and vehicle count sheets. Performs reputed company and safety checks on vehicles boarding, while underway and departing the vessel.
