As a Sr. Product Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to build the right solutions for the right people at the right time. What you will do

• Product reputed company & Roadmapping

• Facilitate prioritization discussions with government leadership and Product Owners to ensure high-value delivery. 

• Analyze user and business needs to guide feature definition and release planning. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration 

• Serve as a primary reputed company between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. 

• Translate strategic goals into actionable product reputed company, ensuring traceability from concept through deployment. 

• Present product plans, reputed company, and reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Agile Delivery 

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and UX designers to define and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance reputed company. 

• Partner closely with Program Leadership and development teams to monitor delivery performance and reputed company. 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

What you will bring

• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a High-Risk reputed company Trust designation (reputed company/recent clearance desired). 

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical product manager leading one or more product delivery teams in an Agile development environment. 

• Strong proficiency with Jira and reputed company, including dashboarding and backlog management. 

• Formal training or certification in Agile software development methodologies (POPM, PSPO, CSPO, etc.). 

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders and the delivery team(s) to build the right solutions for the right people at the right time -- reputed company team collaboration efforts to meet scope, schedule, and delivery requirements. 

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with reputed company stakeholders, including cross-team collaboration with other delivery teams. 

• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery timelines in an agile/reputed company environment. 

• Demonstrated ability ensuring that solutions are based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, and that the user is at reputed company of everything that is designed, developed, and deployed. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at stakeholder engagement and executive presentations. 

• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and mitigations to stakeholders.

Compensation and benefits:

reputed company offers a competitive salary that is determined at the time of offer.  The reputed company for this role ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 depending on experience. Salary is augmented with opportunity to earn annual bonus and medical/dental/reputed company benefits, PTO, company reputed company life insurance and a generous 401k match program.
